Terms & Conditions
- Final price is subject to physical inspection and quotation.
- Price excludes cost of parts, panel replacement, or repair of dents/rust prior to painting, unless stated otherwise.
- Warranty on paint workmanship: 5 years covering clearcoat peeling and fading defects, subject to normal usage and proper vehicle care.
- Warranty excludes damage from accidents, chemical exposure, improper washing, stone chip, bird droppings or third-party workshop intervention after service.
- A complimentary Volkswagen Group courtesy car registered within the last 12 months will be provided for free.
- The Miracle Makeover is not applicable for insurance claims or private settlement purposes.
- The Miracle Makeover is only applicable to vehicle spray paint for the spray paint and covers small dent repair that is less than SGD 50 cent coin in size. Any damages larger than SGD 50 cent coin will incur additional charges.
- In case body attachments such as emblems, trims or mouldings needs to be dismantled before the respray, Volkswagen Group Singapore will inform the customer prior about the risks & costs of potential damages to these parts due to aging or wear and tear and hardened or brittle conditions. Volkswagen Group Singapore is not liable for potential damages to the aforesaid body attachments.
- Voucher is subject to availability.
- Limited to one (1) voucher redemption per repair transaction. Where multiple promotional sources are claimed for the same repair transaction, only one incentive will be awarded, and priority will be given to the first promotional source declared or presented at the time the repair case is opened.
- Not valid in conjunction with any other voucher, offer or promotion.
- Volkswagen Centre Singapore is not liable for any loss of use of the vehicle in the event of delay due to parts ordering or rectifying of paint defects.
- Volkswagen Centre Singapore reserves the right to modify or terminate the Campaign at any time, with or without notice.
